Hello viewers Welcome back to prathus food, it feels so good to back into action to nurture my first baby blog. though I post videos in my youtube channel with voice over, I can't convey what all I want to convey due to time limit, here is the space I can speak my heart out.
Coming to today's recipe it's oats cookies with choco chips, I bake very rare cakes or cookies, I would like to bake regular but don't know I feel bore to wait for hours to see dish ready few times result also will be flop.
But I really enjoyed baking these cookies with easy recipe with all available ingredients, even beginners can bake easily with out difficulty or failure. Very easy and healthy option for teatime munching suitable for kids and elders too. with out lagging much let's jump to recipe.

Ingredients:
- Oats - 1 Cup
- Maida / Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup (powdered)
- Unsalted Butter - 1/4 Cup
- Milk - 2 to 3 tspns
- Baking Powder - 1 tspn
- Cooking Soda - 1/4 tspn
- Cocoa powder - 1 Tblspn
- Choco Chips - 2 Tblspns
- Salt - Small Pinch
Method:
- Take a wide opened bowl, add butter, sugar and beat until texture is fluffy it takes 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add oats, flour, cocoa powder , baking powder, soda, salt.
- knead into dough by adding 2 to 3 tspns milk.
- Divide dough into equal sized balls.
- Preheat oven @ 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Now flatten balls into circular shape cookies not so thin or thick just like we get to see market one's, place in baking tray, better place parachment paper in btwn tray and cookies.
- Bake in OTG / Convection @ 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Wait for cookies to cool down then enjoy crispy oats cookies with milk / tea.
