Today I am posting a quick snack with bread tastes same like pizza that too with less oil and no deep fry with easily available ingredients.
Bread Slices - 8
Butter. -2 to 3 Tablespoons
Maida. - 1 Tblspn mixed with water to form paste
For stuffing:
1 Onion. - finely chopped
Carrot. - 1 Tblspn grated
Capsicum - 2 Tablespoons
Grated Cheese. -1/2 Cup ( can add more if prefer)
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tblspn
Oregano. - 1/2 Tblspn
Salt - acc to taste /1 tspn
Method :
1) Mix all ingredients under stuffing section and keep a side.
2)Take breadslices and cut edges
3)Now roll bread with roti roller to lil flat with out breaking
4)Now place stuffing in middle of bread, roll bread and spread maida paste in corner to seal bread
5)Now shallow fry rolls by flipping all sides till dark brown or deep fry ..It tastes awesome in 2 methods.
