Pesara Laddu/Moong dal laddu/




Ingredients:

  • Moong dal/Pesara pappu - 1 cup
  • Powdered Suger - 1 cup(adjust)
  • Dry Fruits - 1/2 cup(Cashews/Badam/Raisins)
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup(Adjust)


Method:


  1. Fry The Moong Dal without using oil for 5 mins to loose rawness
  2. Grind it to a smooth powder add suger and mix well
  3. Fry dry fruits in ghee
  4. Add Ghee and dryfruits to the powder so as to make laddus
