Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2(Boiled and cut into small cubes)
- Chana Dal - 1 cup(Soaked and boiled)
- Pomegranate Seeds - 1/2 cup(Optional)
- Tomato -1 (Finely Chopped)
- Onion - 1(Finely Chopped)
- Salt - According to taste
- Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1
- Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Butter - 2 teaspoon
- Shajeera - 1 - 2 teaspoons
Method:
- Take a wide opened bowl, add chana dal and boiled potato cubes and mix well.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, pavbhaji masala and mix well.
- Heat butter in a kadai, add shajeera, saute for 2 minutes, add this butter to chaat.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, squeeze lemon.
- Serve as a snack.
